THE project
A New Practice, Ready on Day One
Brogdon Builders completed a 5,000-square-foot interior build-out for a new orthodontist office off Wilson Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The project ran from demolition through mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and finished interiors. Our team worked alongside the practice’s equipment supplier so the space was ready for specialized equipment and systems.
Challenges & Solutions
sPECIALIZED Building Requirements
Specialized equipment comes with its own installation requirements, and those don’t always match a standard build-out plan. Working with the supplier throughout construction let us prepare each connection point ahead of time instead of adjusting walls and finishes after the fact.
Many Systems, One Coordinated Schedule
Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and audio all had to come together inside one 5,000-square-foot space. Our weekly coordination and seven-day look-ahead kept each trade sequenced so systems went in before ceilings and finishes closed them up.
