A Community Built for a National Homebuilder
For a D.R. Horton community in St. Augustine, Brogdon Builders was brought in to deliver Phase II of the Entrada amenity center, expanding the community’s recreational and gathering spaces with new ground-up construction and full site development. As a phased project for a national homebuilder, it had to meet developer standards and hit an ahead-of-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Vertical and Site Work on One Timeline
An amenity center runs two tracks at once: constructing occupiable buildings (the clubhouse) and developing the site around them (pool, courts, sidewalks, landscaping). Keeping both in sequence on a single coordinated schedule is what allowed the project to finish early without sacrificing budget.
