Steve joined Brogdon Builders shortly after its conception. Like his brother, Steve also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Valdosta State University where he was a founding member of the Accounting Honors Society, Beta Alpha Psi. With more than 15 years of accounting and business experience, Steve joined Brogdon Builders to help manage the company’s growth and expand the company’s capabilities to serve clients. Steve served as Second Vice Chair on the NEFBA’s 2021 Saint John’s Builders Council and is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Northeast Florida chapter of NAIOP. He currently serves as the 2023 Chair of the St Johns Builders Council.
