THE STORY
FROM EMPTY SPACE, TO FULLY BUILT OUT OFFICE
Marino Family Dentistry needed a raw interior transformed into a fully finished, code-compliant dental practice, a space that could open and operate to industry standard from day one. Dental construction carries requirements ordinary commercial interiors don’t: medical gas systems, specialized casework, and precise mechanical and plumbing coordination throughout.
THE CHALLENGE
Keeping Medical Gas In-House
Most general contractors hand medical gas installation to a specialty subcontractor, which adds a dependency to the schedule and another party to coordinate. Because Brogdon installs medical gas in-house, the system was delivered to industry standard without waiting on an outside specialist, keeping the project on one accountable team and on schedule.

The custom medical cabinetry wasn’t an afterthought, it was the defining feature of the finished space, requiring precise coordination between the casework, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins so everything aligned when the finishes went in.
