Russell Rowland Structural Engineering needed to convert raw, unfinished commercial space into a fully functional, professional office — balancing collaborative work areas with focused private offices, all on a firm move-in date.

PLAN FIRST, BUILD CLEAN
Working from pre-construction through closeout with a single point of contact, we coordinated design intent, permitting, and every trade on a tight schedule — sequencing framing, MEP, and finishes to keep the project moving without rework.
